When the plugins are installed in the jEdit directory
instead of the user's home directory the XQuery plugin
still works, with the adapter configured, but the
configuration dialog, that lets you choose which
adapter to use only displays an error message, because
it doesn't find any Adapter.jar in the user's home
directory.
Maybe it is sufficient to look in both directories to
fix this.
I'm using jEdit 4.2 final with XQuery Plugin 0.70.
